Deus Coil Connection?

Has anyone ever turned on there deus and the coil just makes a cracking sound but does not detect? Happened to me today with the X35 coil. I shut off my remote and turned it back on and it was fine again. This is the first time it happened to me.

No, I've had my Deus 23 months now, and it has not done that.

I've had that happen a few times when I turn on the MI6 probe. I'm still on 5.0 and haven't updated to 5.1 yet````````````
