So checking out the backyard of the new house we moved into (sits on the third hole of local golf course) and from ten feet away the wife spots the glimmer in the grass. turns out to be a loose diamond over 1/2 carat in size. Took it to be appraised and fell over when we were told it would appraise at $2500.00. She has the midas touch for 2012 and is running away with this years contest.
