A little while back, I found a chunk of obsidian in a NC field that I hunt. It wasn't worked at all but I knew what it was. Due to some post doubting that I had really found obsidian, I asked Kuger if he minded sending me a few chunks of obsidian I could compare my find with. Boy oh boy did he!! I wasn't expecting artifacts, only obsidian in the raw. My jaw hit the ground when I opened the package with these in it.

I love the way obsidian blades look. Man some of the ceremonial pieces are works of art. The porsh of projectile points... pretty much useless for everyday use but they look darn good!

Beautiful stuff!

NC flake, obsidian is intriguing because it isn't useless today. It holds a better edge and line than any metal. It's still used in operation rooms on a daily basis.

The Mahogany is something to be admired, really great looking obsidian.

Danny, thanks for noticing the old woods used in building my home. I love history. Old stuff has always been relaxing for me. In school, history worked for me, because no formulas were needed. All the answers were solid, no figuring them out.
