Dig all signals What's your advice?

I'm running an Ace 250 in jewelry mode. As you all know, gold rings, nickels, and pull tabs all show up as the same icon on the screen. I've dug my share of those soft drink pull tabs. No rings yet. I guess I don't have a choice if I really wanna find a gold ring one day huh?
While I'm on this topic, I've been thinking about upgrading to an X-terra70 or 705. Can you discriminate out the pulltabs while keeping the gold rings on those machines?

ANSWER: No..the 705 can't discrim' out pulltabs and still find gold!

Me too. I use an MXT that discriminates better than most but I just dug over 2,000 old pulltabs from my local beach. I found a lot of clad that I would not have found and only one ring, a diamond solitair. So please leave those pulltabs for me.
