Digging in Virginia

I've been in Culpeper, VA for the last week at "Diggin in Virginia". Had a blast meeting old and new friends. I was using a white's TDI which was a new experience for me. Tough machine; really loves finding nails!!! My body is aching from climbing the hills but I had a blast!! Got my first Eagle button!

I'm sure that won't be your last Eagle CD!! You scored a brass belt adjuster, underwear button, and poncho eyelet during the first hunt and what looks to be a hi base 3 ringer in the second DIV. The Tennessee Trio knows first hand how HOT that ground is at Brandy Station. WTG and HH, Quindy.

Great finds that TDI takes time to learn but once you learn the tones you will dig less nails keep at it!!!

Cool! That's a fun hunt for sure. So you got the TDI. Personally I think that that machine or a GPX is a must in that soil. Going to be a little further drive to the next one huh

Nice finds! You aren't kidding that TDI likes to find nails. I found enough to build a house. I think your total number of bullets are directly proportional to the number of nails you dig with a TDI.
