All of my half dollar veins are tapped out! I still pick up whatever loose and CWRs that I can find. I am finding 3-4 40%ers a month.

My new goal is 2-3 dime boxes a day, 6 days a week. Hopefully I will find 15-20 silver dimes a week.

So far:
Sunday
Box #1 - 2 FDRs
Box #2 - 3 FDRs
Monday
Box #1 skunk
Box #2 1 FDR
Tuesday
Box #1 4 FDRs and 1x1968 Canadian (50% Ag)
Box #2 1 FDR
Box #3 1 Merc (1944)
Wed
Box #1 skunk
Box #2 skunk
Thurs
Box #1 shunk
Box #2 2 FDRs
Box #3 shunk

Totals: 14 US silver dimes and one 50% Canadian dime

I had a low yield week: 11 dime boxes searched only to produce 2 silver roosies, both from 1959p and in the same roll of the 2nd box. 3 boxes were solid 2013 too... hopefully next week will be better.

I got two solid 2013 boxes as well...very disappointing.

Mey MIHunter, do you get any solid 2013 boxes?
I don't search brinks anymore because they produce considerably less than the other services.

I haven't seen any 2013 dimes yet

Monday
Dimes
Box: skunk
CWR $100: 1953

I went to dump and found in coin counter reject tray:
US Halves: 1966, 1968D
US dime: 1959D
Canadian nickel: 1972
Canadian Penny: 1978
Chuckie Cheese token x2 (I left those behind)

Tuesday
Dimes
CWR $310: 1946, 1947
Box #1: 1964D, Canadian 1967
Box #2: skunk
Box #3: 1961, 1964D

I got a 2013 box this week too - maybe 40 dimes in it weren't 2013.
Skunked on another $200 in bank-wrapped rolls since then.

6 roosies in my first $490 searched; 0 in my next $450. I guess that brings my average more down to earth.

Do you have a book for Mercs? How's your progress coming on that set?

I do have a book of merc dimes

Progress on the 1940s merc is great
I am only missing the 1940S and 1943S (2 out of 18) to have a complete wild set of 1940-45 PDS

As far as 1916-1939 goes, not so well
I have: 1916, 1917, 1920, 1923, 1928S, 1929S, 1935, 1936, 1936S, 1937
(10 out of 60)

Father time is not working with me as these coins are over 70 years old already. I do not expect to finish my merc collection.

I have a wild Canadian book of dimes:
I have a 1919, the next oldest is 1942 (strangley, I have found 3 from 1942)
My Canadian dime collection 1942-Present is missing: 1944, 1945, 1948, 1954, 1959

only one coin worth keeping (1978 Canadian nickel) but a nice profit in a rough day!

I hit 3 banks for 100 in dimes at each all three. Banks 100 in 2013 dimes. Keep at it your numbers are better then most
