I've googled Jesuit stone carvings. Only saw one bob rock amongst all the actual works of art.

soon as you can simply explain why someone would hide a treasure then leave maps laying around that led to it. Then I'll look.

Quito, they didnt. They would get you to an area. Then if you knew their system. You could find your way there. It's been laying around for hundreds of years. Only a few have been found. There are only a hand full of people that can read what they left behind. Apparently it worked very good.
