I do mine myself from small pieces of scrap plexi glass. Just saw it into the size I want.
I suppose one could do it more complicated, glue or screw them together etc.

Keep in mind I mainly collect Swedish and some Scandinavian minerals, I don't find to many 'large' specimens.
So these fit the bill perfectly for me:

Thanks. Whats the blue stuff holding the mineral? Right now for my smaller minerals/rocks i use this clay stuff....
Im guessing that its pyrite with black tourmaline? I dont know, hard to tell...post a clearer pic. :D

The blue stuff is blu-tack.

To lazy to take a new pic, was just handy with this old cellphone picture. The mineral is chalcocite. ;D
