do you have a pet name for your detector(what and why)

This thread's prettty funny. I like this one. As for mine? Well, there's usually two: Baby...and Stupid P.O.S. There are others, but sometimes I like calling it by it's surname: Ace or Ace 250.

However, I TOO call it "Damn It". It's those times it acuses me of cheating. I can't understand why. :P

Especially with that hole in the middle of that coil, it's not a pinpointer.

Now this is a funny post. I got home late one night from the local parks and playgrounds, and as I was holding my DFX in one arm while trying to get my key in the lock, my wife opens the door and gives me "that" look. My first detector I called " piece of crap" which it lived up to its name. Since then I have a old yeller(ACE250), the gray one(Tesoso Cibola) and the black one(Whites M6). At least that way I know which one I was using!!!!
