Have had several hunts since my last thread........more clad and nondescript costume jewelry.
Yesterday and today were "garage cleaning" days because of the rain. Lots of scrap metal and plastic to be sorted and put in the proper containers.
But, I did manage to keep an eye on the western horizon for any break in the weather........managed a 45 minute reprieve and hunt in the park next door. After another cloudburst, managed another 30 minutes at a nearby school. Just looking for surface and close targets.
A renewed learning experience........since my mentor strongly urges me to use my headphones........all targets were found with the headphones on!!
The 30-06 was an inch down in the park next to the swimming pool fence (wth?).......the 4 necklace pendants were found at the school within inches of each other.......same with the 2 pairs of eyeglass frames..........
