Does this look like a three ringer to you?

It's got tons of white oxidation so I know it's been in the ground a long time. It also has a hollow end and I think I can see the three rings but I am not sure.

I'm not sure I see any rings from the picture, but it could be a three ringer that hit something hard, or a lot of other unidentifiable bullets also? Monty
