This was found in England a few years back. But I have never found someone who knows what it is.
It does look like a Roman ring, but then it's different.
Many Roman rings have a space on the backside of the 'ring'; but this one is quite open.
And then the sharp 'puncture' ends on the 'ring'!
Metal brons
The measurements are 25x16mm in width and 8.3mm high.
But what do you guys and girls think?
