I was just trying to grab a fix today, clad, etc.
The day was pretty fair, the ground only slightly frozen
in places.

When LO & BEHOLD! A hallelujah hit! 91 VDI
in all directions! It sounded so good I just kept
dancing around the target, listening to the wonderfulness!

Oh, I know.....solid brass fitting, bolt, nut, even hot wheels
cars sound like this sometimes. But, I was living the moment
and dreaming.

I wish you guys could've seen my face when I finally
flipped the plug over:





Oh well......it sure was fun while it lasted.
Besides, it's a very nice thing knowing that my partner
is still talking to me.




Couple of decent, surprise buckles.



Ya know, this might be the closest I ever come to finding an
actual gold coin.



At least it brightened everybody's day. The
kids are happy. The nitro has worked.

And....after all, it *is* 24 kt gold plated!
Guess I'm safe in calling this my first gold for the year.

Thanks for peeking folks! Get out there! It's all just waiting.

No, that's for 24 years but, I found the exact match online. And, it is 24kt plated.

Not so easy as one might think. I've been sober for 24 years! Of course, I don't drink but, that's just a detail.
I tell my friends that and they all react the same way, "YOU??!!?? don't drink!?!?!? "

Same here. July will be 3 years for me. Just after I received my 2 year coin I found a real gold coin a week later. I'm looking forward to what I'm going to find after 3rd.God willing! I'll get that 24 year coin!

Nice find! That 24 year coin meant a lot to the person who lost it. Hopefully he continues to collect the series. A buddy of mine just got his 1 year and carries it with pride.
