Red circles are just loose surface coins, red X coins/treasure possibly 2-3 ft deep or 3-4 ft depth.

It was just a deep coin signal in general, seems to be of mixed types. Usually this is a possible cache indicator, but not always, can be where ground was excavated putting any loose coins down deeper.

Red X for deep coins.

Red circle again, loose surface coins. Red X for deep coins, but more like a possible coin cache.

Red X in this photo is for silver coins 2-3 ft deep. Red circle, loose surface coins.

Green Xs/circle for archaeological type signals. Red Xs seem more like just loose surface coins.

Might be worth checking for a deep cache at the red X.

Hi kapla,
In both pictures, Dowsing revealed....
White circled areas: An attraction to Roman bronze coins, silver coins and a small amount of gold.
These may be close to the surface, although the feel of the attraction is more of a scattered hoard vs. a cache in a solid container.
Thanks for posting your pictures,
Jon
