drill bit?

i am thinking this yellow chalcedony point is a drill bit from a pump drill...what say you? Found in the sand along trade beads and such.

Good eye to spot that little guy.

From the experiments I have seen with a pump drill, the bits got polished pretty when drilling almost anything, do the edges seem really rounded and smooth?
