drill holes

ii have found two drill holes approx 4 miles apart from each other,what do drill holes represent? these holes are 6"X 8" deep. any help thanks brent

Do you mean 6 inches wide by 8 inches deep. or do you mean you found a drill hole that is about 6 to 8 inches deep. Just trying to understand so that I don't mis understand.

found 2 drill holes they are 6" wide and 8"deep both are the same size approx 4 miles apart drilled in huge stone in ground. one is few hundred yards from padre carved face in other post.

i once located a 6 inch diameter drill hole it was drilled completely through the boulder. very near an opening into a cave.
