The brother and me went out to our little dump ,and had a great Oct day. He found a 3oz G.R.Lewis druggist from Cripple Creek Colo, & a 1oz JNO.E .Smiths pharmacy from Durango Colo. I found a 3oz G.R.Lewis druggist also,& My first Texas bottle ,Trent drug co Amarillo Texas. Plus we both got a bag full of bottles ,my best trinket was the poker chip in surprising condition for being in the ground. Our BIG cryer :censored: :censored: for the day was the broken Rocky Mountain liquor Co jug from Cripple Creek. Were hoping we get another time or two to go again before the ground freezes. Keep your shovels dirty !

Wow, those are really nice! I really like the poker chip.

Great finds, that's my kind of stuff!

That jug is sweet, can you glue/fix it? "The Rocky Mt. Liquor Co." is such an awesome name.

Those are some great looking finds! I'm jealous! Congrats, and good luck on getting back out before the freeze.

Man those are some cool bottles, congrats! I recently found my first and got hooked :)

Wow super cool finds. That jug woulda been sweet, although I'd be happy just with that piece. The stenciling is awesome. I'm jealous! Haven't been digging in too long.

Now that's some really nice looking glass, congrats on the digs.

Charlie, good to see you're slinging some dirt. I must say I'm a fan of those Lewis druggist bottles. Nice embossing. Sorry about the rocky mount liquor, and yes, that is s cryer for sure. Is that a ground lip i'm seeing?

Thanks all, I enjoyed your replies ! Plum, not much to glue or fix, what ya see is what we got :tongue3: Also the Rocky Mtn Liquor Co ,was owned by Sam Lang (my avatar) I dug the S Lang jug in the 80s and as far as we know it is the only one still. Bass, that is a ground top from Philly. Surf , I like the amber ink also ,it is sitting next to its cobalt cousin, The Colorado druggist book does show rarity ratings, but we didnt hurt G.Rs rating 8-) Also I have dug every bottle in the pic you posted ,except the Macke from leadville, dug lots of Leadvilles, just not that one.

great bottles!

I love seeing all the bottles you guys find, nice job PPC.

Cripple Creek and Durango bottles, poker chip, Broncos items, mountains, the pictures show life is good! Congrats. Cindy

You are still killing us out here in Denver! I've managed a small Walter Meyer pharm from Colorado City, and a Longmont, but never in my wildest dreams have yet to dig a Cripple Creek!
Keep digging, it looks like we might get a snowy winter this year!
Carl

I love those bottles! Awesome saves!

Carl , Congrats on the Meyer ! But dont give up on finding a "Creeker" I have seen a 1/2 gallon whiskey from Altman,a couple of green Victors, and an amber Victor ,that all were said to have been found down by Union Station,,,,,, ya never know what that next shovelfull will uncover next !!!!
