No joke, I found one of these with 69 on it. But I wasn't sure if it was a cow tag or an IOU! LOL I'm a class of 69 high school graduate and I've always been tempted to wear it on a chain around my neck, just for a laugh!
We had a cow # 39 years ago. she was over 900 pounds and would walk through 4 strands of barb wire stretched tight enough to go ping if you plucked it. She would stick one front leg through between 2nd and third wire, then stick her head through, stretch the wire and walk her whole body through just to get to that greener grass.
