I know that each Federal Reserve District has its own letter seal code which also is the first letter of the serial number, but can the SAME 8-DIGIT serial number ever be duplicated by another district.
Example: Chicago "G" serial #G42756803C vs
New York "B" serial #B42756803C
Comments on this possibility & if so, has anyone ever seen such a matched pair of bills.
