Eagle flag toppers? Any idea on age.

[olekyground]

Found these at a consignment store. Got both for 4 dollars. They appear to go on top of s flag pole. They have some age to then I can tell there's some green on the metal. Any idea on age or value?

Nice find , I'm guessing circa mid 20th century .
