For quite some time now. Bose earbuds and a radio shack stereo adapter. A lot cooler than a headset in the summer, and I don't have any problems with wind or ambient noise - Terry

Thanks...was thinking the same thing but had never seen anybody doing it and had to wonder.

I use wireless earbuds that transmit on 2.4GHz. MUCH BETTER than FM transmitters. Night and Day difference in Clarity. $89 at Radio Shack. Re-chargeable batteries.
