Early Archaic side notch point

I found this quartz point recently and am trying to figure out its exact type ID. Seems to be a mix of different types - bolen, taylor, big sandy, ect.
All the other artifacts from this creek are middle archaic so I was surprised to find a point this old.

That is a well made point for that type of material. Maybe Big Sandy, Bolens are pretty scarce that far north.

Early Big Sandy IMO. Palmers are not uncommon either in the S.E. Use wear is what I'd call any damage. High quality quartz too. Congrats.

That red in the quartz is really awesome

Yeah I love the coloring its on the back too. A few people said the knapper could have used the red portion for the tip to simulate blood on the point.
