According to Albert's this button did not have a backmark. He has it listed as NA 32 Navy;1-piece The device, an eagle facing left,a shield with anchor on right wing, stars encircling, impressed
A. The device with 14 six pointed stars. Blank (backmark) 23mm
B. The device with 15 eight pointed stars. Blank. 23 mm.
I can't tell which variation you have.
