I look a trip to New England and found my first East Coast gold. I was really happy with a speck in every other pan, but when I saw that piece trapped in the 1/4" screen, I couldn't believe it. I thought it was mica at first until I tried breaking it and instead it bent.
NIce corn flake!

Unfortunately you are a very sick person now. There is no cure, there is no remedy. Every time you find more it won’t be enough to fix the problem. It just leaves your mind racing around all the possibilities and different ways to get more. This will last forever congratulations

Best sickness I’ve ever had!

😁😁😁Oh I hear you there, I drove 2.5 hours yesterday to reach my bare arm into cracks and crevices of an icy cold stream in VT for 4 specs and some concentrates that my students will pan. I met a fellow prospector who just started as well and he had the bug too.

Here’s SOME of the candy I found this season. Never give up. There is definitely good gold still out there to be found
