East TN Creek Find

I found this yesterday on a small rocky island in the creek behind my house. I have found a few other artifacts at this spot over the years after floods. Does anyone know what type this is?

I was thinking knife/ scraper. Do you think it was used as it is now, or would it have had a wood handle?

Nice find, I agree with uniface; appears to be a multi use tool.

You couldn't haft it without making either the awl useless at one end, or the scraper at the other.
