Yeah, my dad just did a 1979 chevy. We have done a few of them. I just like doing the fords better. Don't waste your time on a jeep grand Cherokee either. It took me literally 2 years to sell the emblems, and that was all I sold.

I can't remember for sure, but I think it was a 1996 or so. There is just too many of them on the road.

Good to know. I would have thought those would do relatively well. Could be its because those are driven into the ground with just enough repairs done to keep them sort of running... kind of like a ford Taurus...seems like those all found their way to the buy here pay here lots where anyone can qualify.

Yeah, the Taurus would probably be the same way. My guess as to why the 1998 ford trucks just don't do very good is because they are not really wore out yet. I mean, who is going to need a brake pedal for one of those? Of course some things like the radio etc. sell, but that makes sense.

Windshield wiper motors and transmission assembly do well. With just about any vehicle. Thanks to snow country...

That's true. I sold a bed to a guy in Michigan a long time ago. He said they just couldn't find those old fords up there. He also bought a fender.

Ended Aug with 66 sales! Broke my old record by almost 20 sales. Over $1,100 which was also a new record for me. I have 5 or so $30-50 sales on items that I paid $1-$2 for, which helped a lot more than the standard hat sale.

Already have 2 sold and 6 items with bids for September... off to a great start. I listed a lot on the last day of the free promo and then used up all my remaining 100 free monthly listings the 31st. I probably listed 200 items last month.

Packed up 8 or 9 items yesterday, so I did not list anything new. Too tired. Fishing, 3 rounds of skeet in the hot sun wore me out!
