Elk Buckle???

[Mike from MI]

A Friend found this Elk Buckle. It's about 3" square, and stamped thin from brass or copper. I believe it is the logo of the Hartford Ins co. But not positive? Trying to confirm that and date it. Thanks.

I'm thinking that it ought to be the Elks Lodge, but you might be correct.
