It's too much fun hunting these old foundations up here in the Aspen trees. Especially when these treats are popping out of the ground. I was in the neighboring town of Goldfield, an old ghost town today. I don't find much silver and rarely a Mercury. I really like the Elks piece and the tail light. The token is from Cripple Creek the other town in the neighborhood. It says Branch on it, good for on the other. I haven't had time to research the Elks but I love the pick and shovels! I am curious about the piece that says 25 ft, let me know if you have any ideas!! I can't wait to restore the light. Is says stop!! Happy Hunting!!! Man those are some amazing finds my friend! :occasion14:
The old glass marble, the Arts & Crafts Period pendant and the ladies sash buckle are great finds.

The sash buckle reminds me of a similar one I found last year.

Thanks Antiquarian, I need to get a nice frame for the old fancy buckles I have. I sure like that one you posted!
Thanks Hawks, it gets more addicting the more you find. Can't wait to go out today!! I have another permission to try!

Great batch of relics. I like the Elk's pin and Sash buckle.

Thanks silverslave, are you in Co? I have a sun ray inline probe you might be interested in. If you don't have one maybe we could make a trade!
Howdy diggin thanks for the reply if I weren't on the verge of a major detector purchase I would have taken your offer. Cause I LOVE the sunray but the old explorer has seen better days. HH

Mine is beat to a pulp but works like a charm. I upgraded to the tin can arm holder. Works great! I do like the Equinox coming from the explorer. IMG_20191001_092309702_HDR.jpg

beautiful relic saves!!!

Sliverslave's Explorer II has had the "orange plastic coffee can arm holder" installed for several seasons now. Arm cuff? We don't need no stinkin'....
Great saves diggin' That is no easy task, finding anything besides lead and brass, imho.

Thanks blugotti1 I just found out the light of is from a 20s Buick. Apperantly if it had the middle glass it would've been worth some bucks. Here is that pin I just rinsed off! 15699465393276336326388986888819.jpgIMG_20191001_102319323_HDR~2.jpg
