Good eye. I keep looking, but so far that English silver keeps eluding me.
 

how can you tell by the hallmarks that it is sterling? i have yet to understand how to tell with english stuff...thanks!

the first mark, an anchor, is for Birmingham Eng.
the middle mark, lion, is .925
the C is the date year = 1902
 

I love british marked stuff . You get so much more info about a item off british marks . There hall marks are well published to so its easy to figure out what you got . Great spoon find . I caught a bunch of sterling and a 14k gold rope chain in $.25 bins at a estate sale . No one bothered to short and look at markings sometimes i wonder about estate sale ppl .
