Found this gutless 1960 Zippo yesterday in the field by my house. Trying to locate next of kin so I can return it.

Cool find! Good luck on your search for Mr. Wray or his kin.

Nice find and the best of luck in your search!

No luck so far.

GL on the search. Very cool Zippo.

Love the old zips I really like the fact that this is a safe driving award from what appears to be a city municipality Everyone smoked. Hey what should we give for a neat safe driving award? How about a really nice ciggy lighter? Great Idea! We'll print up a bunch of zippys. Wish those days were back

Metropolitan Sewer District or MSD as it's known here.

Send it to Zippo in Bradford, PA and they will check and repair the hinge if needed and install new guts at no charge.

If the guts are good don't replace them. They are as old as the lighter shell

Found without the guts. I may revisit the site to try and find it.

Nice find. Good luck on the return.
