I got this dime it looked odd so sat it aside and looked at it closer It looks like maybe double stamped or double die. The dime also has what looks like shock waves going through it front and back (like spokes on a bike wheel see picture). on the back most of the letters have a shadow (see the C A in the picture) The front all the letters have a shadown but more visible on the we tRUST and the 1977 D.

oppions is this a keeper or a reject..
eidt the "blurr" on the photos is on the coin not in the camera.

Looks like a grease filled die error. The lines on the obverse could be metal flow lines which appear when the planchet is struck and the metal flows toward the die features.
 
Those lines are actually on most dimes I look at. The rest of the question is die fatigue. This causes mushy looking letters. Sorry, no big deal.
