Error dime??

Was dime roll hunting today... Skunked.... But found this 1974 d dime.. It is smaller than your average dime, but is thicker on the edges.. What do you guys think? Error or not?

Coins get stuck in commercial clothes dryers and are removed when the machine is serviced. This can be weeks, months, or years. (There really is some horrible specimens out there.) The continual tumbling against the internal drum causes the tell-tale signs of the rolled and fattened rims.
