Error message uploading photos

Cannot upload any photos. Reads error message each time. For.at has not changed.

Any ideas?

I had the same result where the image seemed to insert twice.

Another change since the update is the image no longer display in a popup java window. Now they are displayed full screen in the browser tab for me. No change in browser or browser settings.

I've re-enabled the Lightbox, I had it disabled to help me troubleshoot the other issue.

I've decreased the size of thumbnail images so that when they are displayed at the bottom of the post they won't be so large. This, at least, helps on the "eye strain" of seeing the same images twice. It will only be changed on "new" uploaded images.

Although weird, I inserted an image and it went inline and did not put the attachment box.
