Estate auction ring

I went to a auction but got there late. I was looking around and saw this ring. I know it's silver and I think the blue stones are lapis. There weren't that many of us and the ones there were mostly men. When the ring came up no one else bid on it so I got it for 10.00. I think it's art deco. But I fell in love with it.

Very unusual. I am thinking it is more 1960's hippy jewelry IMO. Great piece.

I would have it checked to see if it was gold. And almost looks like blue sapphire with a gold top and maybe diamond?

Pretty positive they are not lapis stones. Possibly sapphires as BK mentioned or tanzanite or??

It looks like the light shows through the stones in the pictures. I believe lapis are not transparent. It does look like a gold top. Very pretty ring.
