what would you estimate it is worth?

what would you estimate it is worth?

Will find out tomorrow... I took a photo and sent it to my friend who owns a civil war shop in Stafford for over 30 years. He didn't want to tell me how much its worth over the phone but told me it was legit. I will post a update. They are very rare documents.

Neat find HutSiteDigger!! You did very well!! Quite interesting piece of History and appears to be in Excellent condition!! VERDE!!

That is to freakin cool.. That's a neat find in my opinion..

I was not able to get a 100% price on it but was told it was legit. Maybe $300-$1,000 maybe more?.. Very rare document. Btw the document opens up if taken out and is got 4 pages in total with Surgeon signing it. Will get photos of that.

I would guess the less you touch it the better. What's the best way to preserve it? That's a great piece of history that's worth any preservation costs. Nice score HSD!!
