Estate sale left overs for $ 10.00

Estate sale I found this big sterling bowl I took a picture of the bottom $6.00 The gold ear rings 50 cents.... they say 14 k on the pole of the ear ring the little forks say Gorman Sterling Pat 1940 then I also have a bunch of forks and spoons that say Wm rogers with a stamp of IS not sure if they are silver or plated the earings in the other pic in my hand are sterling a few watches swiss made most likely scrap and a bunch of other stuff Im still looking through all cost me 10.00 dollars not bad for a quick stop I think the big bowl is solid sterling .Thanks for looking Tommy sorry about all the double pics lol

Estate sales can be very lucrative.

One of my good friend doesn't detect as much any more, but he scores at estate sales though.

His best pick was 18 pounds of sterling platters that the auction company thought were plated. He paid $100 for it all.
