Eurotek pro or Delta 4000?

I'm about to buy a new detector, and I simply can't decide between Eurotek Pro, or the delta 4000.I will be mostly hunting old parks and old houses here in north Texas.Any suggestions appreciated.

Make sure you have decent ground first before you buy either one as they do not have auto or manual ground balance it is preset. If it works good with your soil conditions your ok. If you hunt where I do you would go mad.
