that last shot almost looks like an old telegraph tapper thingy

Hi there the second photo caught my eye is that an old trap by any chance? ??? AA

yes the 2nd photo is a small trap, it's funny, I find a trapping tag in my back yard and a trap in another yard :), the place I am searching is not far from my home, from my home I go down my street 2 1/2 blocks then right half a block.

It's a Teddy Bear wearing a baseball hat, drinking a Mt. Dew ;D ;D ;D

Sorry, Post it in te What is it forum, might get a better idea.

cool nice trap i found 2 of them one day walking a older creek in town ;D

I saw some guy in Idaho selling those traps from $10 to $40 dollars 8) AA

Traps like that can still be purchased today at most farm stores for about $8.00. I have hundreds. Traps like taht are used in wetlands, as well as fields or woods. They are very common.

I still think the trap is cool, I have never seen one for real, only on tv.
