Ever wrestle a seagullfishing off the rocks on the coast last weekend

fishing off the rocks on the coast last weekend my buddy had a seagull grab his bait. It hooked him right in the tounge. It took a bit of wrangling, but we got him down and got the hook out. I think he will be ok. Don't know about my buddy tho, just about got flogged to death. Caught the biggest cabazon I have ever caught from shore, a decent bluegreen lingcod and couple 4 to 5 lb sea bass. The fillets from the lingcodhad had a nice blue tint to them, but they dont taste any different than the other lings.

Yes Mate I have :laughing9: caught Seagull, Swan, Waterhen, and Ducks whilst fishing, all returned safe :icon_thumleft:

look like you had a good haul, just got back into fishing after a long layoff, I will be posting picture in the future :icon_thumleft:
