Well my excal-1000 showed up today.,Its been sitting on the charger since it got here. Any tips for settings would help out lot. I know theres alot of you that own these , any dos and Don'ts would be appreciated.. Thanks guzz1

water got pretty cold. gulf temp down to 68* , if your gonna be in the water be better prepared.

A hunting partner and myself hit St Pete beach today. Neither of us really found anything to brag about.

The water was cool to say the least. I had on a full farmer john wetsuit and I was warm, my partner had on just the bottoms and got pretty cold and stiff after hunting awhile in chest deep warter.

Wetsuit is the way to go till spring if your going to be in the water.
