excalibur ll charger

is there a right way to plug my charger into the wall outlet? it goes in either way.
also how do you know when its charged?
i read about a guy that had a charger that charged in 2 hours with a green lite when charging.
are they recomended?

The standard charger can be plugged into the wall any way around (AC supply, as opposed to DC which has polarity)
