Good afternoon everyone, Cheffer, ACOJoe, Pittscop631, and I went in search of an old road that we believe might have been a connector for two historically significant locations. We hiked, and hiked, and hiked some more before we finally found what we were looking for. I went over to a small flat area in the woods that had a nice view and immediately found a Barber quarter. I continued to work the area, and found a pocket spill that contained the Barber dime, Indian head pennies, and wheat pennies.

The date ranges on these coins are in alignment with the years that these locations were in operation, I can’t wait to go back and spend some more time at this spot!

Nice work Mike, happy that SOMETHING good come from all that walking! Joe and I found yet another trail later you left, that whole area could hold more of those little pockets.
