Eye-find(s)

[shootin-blanks]

didn't get out detecting today, but stopped by a local pawn shop... picked these up for 23$ out-the-door.. I'm sure it would have cost me more in batteries and many years to find these coins.. just had to do it..they are all real, most show alot of wear.. I figured I can use them as a 'guide' if I ever find any on my own...

SBs, nice set of coins, even if you did find them in a pawn shop, so what. $23 bucks, man you stole them at that price. Great eye find!!!!!
HH to you and keep that coil to the ground.

Nice finds..........wherever you found them.

that's what I thought, I could look for years and never find half of them... 23 bucks...that's only a quarter tank of gas....

Looks like you got away with one there. Nice pick up. Only one way to get those coins any cheaper than that.....five finger discount.

This is the first time I have read one of your posts so let me take the time to say welcome to T-net. Great group of the best peps here.

Very nice post. You got one sweet deal at that pawn shop. Our pawn shops are crooks here. They would have wanted atleast $30 or more for any of those singly.

Congrats,

Rev

Thanks Postalrevnant, I've been lurking here for a couple of years...I have not found too much to get overly excited about.. but, when I picked up these coins yesterday, I had to share them with you all..I've read some great stories on this board and enjoy it very much.... I'm kind of a pawn-shop junky, it's kind of like treasure hunting..... I will tell you, my Whites PI in as/new condition, I found in a pawn shop in the spring of 06 for 29 bucks.....I'm still smiling a year and half later..

good hunting..
