Detector(s) used
XP Deus II v0.6 with 11" Coil
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
My prediction was right again. After a great day last Monday when we zig-zagged about to get a feel for what was around, we found nothing quite as special. So we weeded out the best finds by luck, because as are now gridding it properly.

2 Tudor Leather Mounts
Livery Button
Gun piece
2 Military Badges (WWI) that I need
Lots of Army General service buttons
Jaw Harp (been awhile since our last)

Good news is we still have a couple more days worth & at this point in the year we are glad for the chance.

cool stuff as always. interesting goat head

You had a field to detect, made some finds. That alone is a good day this time of the year. I wish i'll find a spot to detect tomorrow too....:icon_thumleft:

Damn ! I need a failed bean crop ! Your staying quite productive ! MR

We are lining up for our best year, mainly because we had a bit of luck with the crop patterns, failed areas & set-a-side (very rare now).

what is the thing, (second pic, upper right corner)

It's a field like this where one might run into a Victorian gold Sovereign coin. It's great that you have a field to hunt. And it's interesting how being low on huntable area can sometimes lead to surprise finds. Great to see some more goodies posted, and good luck to you in this field.

Buckles

As always great and very varied finds. Love seeing what you post.

I think you mean the broken stag head from a spelter statue? Or the flat decorated button with the other 3 buttons?

Cool stag's head, even if it's nowhere near as old as many of your other finds. Is Denbigh a person or a place?

U guys are really inspiring me to hit fields.
Great haul:)

It's a place in Wales.
