Faint serial numbers on Benjamin's face?

- Garrett Fortune Hunter, White's CoinMaster, Garrett American S3, Compass Coin Magnum and a couple of others you will only find in museums!

It appears to be a "bleed-over" of a Bank Teller's stamp of a strap.
Sometimes whole letters and/or numbers are found.
I would say, "Not a BEP error."

In between the blue slots are pockets you can stick the points in with out damaging the bills, I think it to easily check for counterfeit bills
