First was yesterday morning at the fairgrounds, fair wasn't over yet, so the hunting area was a bit limited. Was only there 45 minutes and scored 68 coins, largely due to a 50 penny spill, didn't even need a detector for that.
This was yesterday afternoon. My brother got a Ace 250 couple of weeks ago, and this was his first time outside the yard. Our first idea didn't pan out, so we went hitting tot lots, hit 4 all had been hit fairly recently. Picked less than a coin for every mile we traveled. Did find a 1935 recently dug cent that somebody had dropped.
Everyone at the fair was packing up and I just wondered around picking likely areas. Found 72 coins, 2 working lighters, and a sterling ring. Not a bad 3 hours.
