Mrs. O , I too have an interest in the paranormal & am somewhat divided on the orb ideas. I have taken
pictures with cameras that had no strap & have gotten that twisted rope-like stream thru them. Also,
pictures in an old lodge room with a clean camera where an orb was captured. IMO, it happens too often
to be simply blamed on dust particles. I don't have an answer to why & can't see the reason for those that
who simply believe that it cannot be.

I know most things have logical explanations.

The issue is - sometimes, you cannot put the logical explanations into every situation.

A clear dust spot would equal an out of focus picture in other places. A dust spot would also look the same in pictures taken in a series - which on occasion, does not happen. Dust does not reflect light off an object that isn't there - things like that.

Not every picture (mine and others) fit neatly into the "explainable" scenerios.
