Farm digging, 2nd day detecting!

Went out for about an hour today at a previously untouched site. A 90 year old home foundation that's been used as a dump sight for years. It's in the middle of a soybean farm so that explains what I found.

Plows! several of them, at varying depths from the surface to about 4 inches deep, also Found an axe head and an interesting bit of steel I'm thinking may have came from a stove. Anyway, for my second time out and for only about an hour I was really pleased! Happy Hunting:icon_thumright:

Cool Axe, is that piece that look's like a T brass?

Nope, not brass, looked like galvanized or pot metal. Found it at about 4 inches.
