Favorite Coin Design?

[jdsarasin8194]

Just out of curriosity, I would like to know what people's favorite obverse coin design design is.
Mine is acctualy the one on the Three Cent Pieces

[ted750]

Hmm...... Interesting question. For the obverse I'd either say the Saint Gaudens or the flowing hair liberty. Adolph Weinman's walking liberty is also quite beautiful. My favourite reverse design is without a doubt the Gobrecht dollar.

I am kind of partial to the Vermont landscape obverse, it has long been a favorite of mine.

[Beans]

Buffalo Nickle, both sides.

[mainer]

Obverse capped bust, and a close second the draped bust silvers, and the draped bust silvers are my favorite reverse.

[Iheartmoney]

Standing Liberty Quarter and Capped Bust Half Dollar.

[ivan salis]

for dollars love the MORGAN , for halves love the WALKER ,for quarters love the STANDING LIBERTY, for dimes love the WINGED LIBERTY AKA MERCURY * , for nickles love the BUFFALO / INDAIN HEAD , for cents love the INDAIN HEAD

those are my favorite designs.

Walker for sure, no doubt about that one

It's a tie between the Bust design and a bright, deeply struck and frosty Morgan Silver Dollar. I got a chance to see an MS68 Morgan Dollar at a coin show, and if I had the 5 grand, I would have bought it!

They made them frosty back then

Absolutely, I have handled so many Morgan Dollars, in one day, that I got frostbite on the tips of my fingers
