Few finds and ID question

Hi all,

Visited a favorite old park and found a few keepers- a nice 1840 LC, a 1920 Merc and what appears to be a Chinese coin or token- anyone know what it is??

Nice finds your Chinese coin appears to be a circa 1900-15 Cash coin. Probably either a 10 or 20 Cash.

To these eyes, the large coin reminds me of a Chinese Dollar coin (silver), but your coin suggests it may be debased or counterfeit. Actually, there is also a humorous idea associated with Chinese Dollar coins: "There are modern fakes of genuine coins, historical fakes of genuine coins, and even modern fakes of historical fakes."

Nice score on the old LC and Merc. That Chinese "coin" is certainly interesting. MackayDon has me pretty darn confused as to what it actually might be?!? I do like the design and patina on it so to me I would love it if it was a historic fake of a genuine coin or whatever?

It looks to be Guangxu Yuanbao from Zhejiang province
光绪元宝 浙江省造。1900-1911.
Here is a photo of a copper coin similar to yours.
